Description
The Department of War (DoW) is issuing a solicitation for pharmaceutical agents to be placed on the Uniform Formulary (UF). Vendors must submit price quotations for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering supply to Military Treatment Facilities and the TRICARE Mail‑Order Pharmacy, as well as a refund quotation for the Additional Discount Program (ADP) that applies to TRICARE retail pharmacies. The solicitation includes a pre‑quotation teleconference, a deadline for clinical‑question responses, and a final quote submission deadline of September 24, 2026. The award will be based on the DoW Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee’s evaluation of clinical effectiveness and cost‑effectiveness, and the resulting contracts will be valid for at least one year with price‑hold provisions.
• Submit uniform per‑unit price quotes for all NDC‑11 codes on the Federal Supply Schedule.
• Provide a percentage‑based refund quote for the ADP component (static for the life of the agreement).
• Include a signed Quote Review Checklist and fully executed signature pages.
• No guaranteed purchase quantity; contracts are contingent on UF tier placement after the November 4‑5, 2026 P&T Committee meeting.
