Description
Cherokee County is seeking qualified engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for design and engineering services on the Towne Lake Parkway Phase II project (Eagle Watch Drive to Towne Lake Hills). The contract will be a multi‑phase, project‑specific agreement covering preliminary engineering and potentially construction‑revision services. Selection will occur in two phases: (1) evaluation of SOQs to shortlist 3‑5 firms, followed by (2) technical‑approach submissions and possible interviews. The award will be negotiated on a lump‑sum, cost‑plus, or unit‑price basis, with the contract remaining in effect until the preliminary engineering phase is complete.
