St. Mary’s County Public Schools is seeking firms to provide an indefinite‑quantity job‑order contract for architectural and engineering design consulting services for K‑12 school facilities. The contract will be awarded on a “by‑discipline” basis and may cover a wide range of project types, from minor renovations to new construction, with a base term of one year and up to three optional one‑year renewals (maximum four years). Firms must submit technical and price proposals, meet licensing and insurance requirements, and provide hourly rates for staff categories.
• Scope includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental, landscape, and specialty engineering services.
