Sources Sought for Reconfiguration of Office Furniture/Cubicles

The Department of War is seeking qualified vendors to reconfigure existing UNICOR office furniture systems at the Air National Guard facility in Madison, WI. The project involves disassembling an existing 16-workstation layout and reconfiguring it into a new 14-workstation layout, utilizing existing components to the maximum extent. The vendor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the tasks, including disassembly, reconfiguration, component integration, and finish matching. The scope of work includes: • Disassembling the existing 16 UNICOR office cubicle workstations • Reconfiguring and installing the new 14-workstation layout • Integrating existing and reused components with newly sourced components • Providing necessary new components, including panels, trims, and electrical components • Ensuring all new components match the existing 2021 UNICOR Crescendo finishes • Managing the inventory of all components Interested vendors should provide a capability statement addressing their company profile, technical capability, warranty preservation, and component sourcing.
