Description
The Department of General Services is seeking a contractor to install a new high efficiency condensing boiler, propane tank with piping, at the MSP Barrack "W" McHenry Garage. The project classification is "B" with an estimated cost between $100,000 and $500,000. The contractor must be a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) that has been approved for the Master Contractors Western Region contract. The project requires the contractor to complete the work within 120 calendar days from the start date of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $350.00 per calendar day if the work is not completed within the specified time period.
