Description
The State of Oregon, Department of State Police, is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of a FLIR camera system on a Cessna T206H aircraft. The system must include a video down-link system with a complete camera system user interface, including display(s) and controls. The awarded contractor must be able to fulfill the order and installation per the contract, and must be a single source supplier and installer located within Oregon for warranty work and service concerns. The installation must be performed at a facility in Oregon.
• The FLIR camera system must meet the specifications outlined in the ITB, including the brand name or equal specification for a Wescam MX-10.
• The contractor must provide a complete FLIR camera system, including all necessary components and installation.
• The contractor must have the necessary certifications, including FFA part 145 repair station certifications and AS9100 Quality certification.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and be able to provide references.
• The contractor must be able to complete the installation within the specified timeframe and budget.
