7J20--Avigilon Control Center (ACC) Upgrade

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to upgrade its existing Avigilon Control Center (ACC) software to Version 7, with provisions for a future upgrade to Version 8. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the upgrade. The project includes a phased approach, with the first phase upgrading the software to Version 7 and the second phase conditionally upgrading to Version 8 pending required approvals. The contractor must ensure compliance with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Technical Reference Model (TRM) and Enterprise Reference Architecture (ERA) requirements.
