WET WELL LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL REPLACEMENT

The County of Rockland is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove existing lighting, corroded conduits, and wiring, and replace with PVC coated rigid conduit, new explosion proof light fixtures and one receptacle in four pump station wet wells across Rockland County. The project includes locations at Cherry Lane Pump Station, North Pump Station, Saddle River Pump Station, and Pinebrook Pump Station. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide a minimum of three project references. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder meeting the stated requirements. • The project requires the removal and replacement of existing lighting, conduits, and wiring at four pump stations. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the project. • The project includes the installation of new explosion proof light fixtures and receptacles. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide a minimum of three project references. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder meeting the stated requirements. • The project is subject to New York State Labor Law 220, Article 8 Prevailing wages. • The contractor must submit certified payrolls for all labor with each invoice.
