Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center is seeking bids from general contractors to renovate Suites 137 and 139 in the Cherry Creek Building into an Immersive Learning Lab for the Community College of Denver. The project involves demolition, new HVAC installation, new electrical installation, A/V, telecom, security, and fire alarm work, as well as new finishes. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all work with the AHEC Project Manager and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements. The project has a mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour, and bids are due on May 22, 2026.
