Description
The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services for the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event in Council Bluffs, IA. The event is scheduled for 27-28 August 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing the event space, lodging rooms, and other necessary amenities. The basis for award is price.
* The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary for the event
* The contractor must provide the event space and lodging rooms in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
* The contractor must submit a quote that includes all requested information, including pricing tables and proposed event spaces and lodging rooms
* The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the quote is received by the USPFO Iowa Purchasing and Contracting Office by the deadline
