The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok is seeking to procure 14 high-density, double-conversion online UPS units to protect sensitive data and virtualized infrastructure from power outages and voltage fluctuations. The contractor must provide factory-new, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products that meet the required specifications, including a minimum 2-year manufacturer limited warranty. The contractor must also ensure timely delivery and provide tracking information for the shipment. • The UPS units must have a minimum power capacity of 3000VA/2700W and a true double-conversion online topology with zero transfer time. • The units must be rackmount configuration with a maximum 2U rack unit height and have integrated IEC-320 C20 inlet and regional/detachable cords. • The contractor must be an established enterprise information technology solutions provider, Federal-Cleared, legally registered, and based in the United States. • The contractor must ensure that all hardware, components, and parts are factory-new, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products and meet the required specifications.
