AB SCIEX MDQ PMA PACE MDQ Plus

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source contract to AB SCIEX, LLC for the procurement of an annual preventative maintenance agreement for the AB SCIEX PACE MDQ Plus Capillary System. The contractor will provide a full-service contract for equipment maintenance, including labor, travel, and parts, with unlimited breakdown calls included. The contract will be for a period of three years, from August 31, 2026, to August 30, 2029. • The contractor must provide trained engineers with direct working experience in maintaining and repairing the equipment. • The contractor must have direct and expedient access to OEM parts. • The contractor must provide full telephone support. • The contractor must provide one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year, including a full system diagnostic using software and critical parts exchanged. • The contractor must provide priority response for all breakdown calls within 24 to 48 hours.
