Description
The DeSoto County School District is seeking bids for a conveyor system for the Career Tech Center East. The system should include a workstation, operator station, sortation system, and other components. The bid should be submitted on the supplied Unpriced Proposal Form, and the bidder must complete the free registration at Central Bidding to participate in the electronic reverse auction bid event. The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
• The conveyor system must meet the MSSC’s Certified Technician Supply Chain Automation Certification requirements.
• The system includes a workstation, operator station, sortation system, and other components.
• The bidder must provide accurate, legible, and timely documentation.
• The awarded bidder shall provide liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000 and workers’ compensation insurance coverage of $500,000 per occurrence.
• The district requires a completed W-9 form and a New Vendor Packet for new vendors.
