Description
The Massachusetts Veterans Home at Holyoke is seeking responses from qualified bidders to deliver comprehensive on-site audiology services through a qualified and certified Audiologist for the Veterans residing at the facility. The awarded bidder will be responsible for providing services including routine hearing screenings, comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, and other related services. The contract duration is expected to be 5 years, with an initial duration of 2 years and 3 options to renew for 1 year each. The bidder must have experience providing services in a long-term care setting, knowledge of geriatric hearing healthcare needs, and compliance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
