Description
The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive wastewater testing and chemical analysis services for the Ozark Correctional Center for a one‑year period (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027). The contractor will supply sample collection kits, receive shipped samples, perform laboratory analysis according to EPA‑approved methods, and deliver detailed analytical reports within ten days of receipt. Services must be performed Monday‑Friday, excluding state holidays, and the contractor must maintain all required licenses, insurance, and background‑check compliance for staff accessing the correctional facility.
• Provide pre‑labeled, pre‑preserved sample bottles and shipping coolers to the Department.
• Receive, store, and analyze wastewater samples using EPA‑accepted methods and quality‑control procedures.
• Submit final analysis reports (identification numbers, analytes, results, methods, units) within 10 calendar days of sample receipt.
• Maintain a designated contact person available 8 am‑5 pm for communication.
• Invoice electronically per the pricing schedule; comply with all state procurement and reporting requirements.
