Description
The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) at Naval Base San Diego is seeking two full‑time ServiceNow engineers (plus off‑site governance support) to modernize and migrate legacy workflow applications to the ServiceNow platform, expand ITSM capabilities, develop custom apps, and train Navy personnel. The effort is a small‑business set‑aside, LPTA‑based RFQ with a submission deadline of 04 Sep 2026. Successful contractors must provide staff with at least five years of IT experience, active or eligible Top‑Secret clearance, and required ServiceNow certifications.
• Two onsite ServiceNow Developers (2 FTE) for a defined period of performance
• Migration of Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow, custom workflow development, and ITSM expansion
• Mandatory security clearances (TS) and compliance with DoD cybersecurity workforce requirements
• Required certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS (or obtain within 90 days) plus IAT‑II baseline security certs
• Off‑site governance team for reporting, POAM alignment, and technical oversight
