Description
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle upfitting services for the Pentagon Police Division. The contractor will be responsible for installing and de-installing law enforcement equipment, including emergency lighting systems, communication equipment, computer systems, and storage solutions. The contractor must have a physical location within 25 miles of the Pentagon and maintain adequate insurance coverage. The contract will be a firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of five years.
• The contractor shall install and de-install a wide range of law enforcement equipment and vehicle upfitting.
• The contractor shall respond to inquiries and service requests within 24 hours.
• The contractor shall complete upfitting projects within 5-10 business days from receipt of the vehicle.
• The contractor shall provide a minimum warranty of one year on all labor and equipment installed.
• The contractor shall have a physical location within 25 miles of the Pentagon.
• The contractor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including general liability, workers' compensation, and vehicle insurance.
