The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport is seeking a small‑business contractor to replace deteriorated pier ladders at its Keyport and Bangor facilities. The work consists of removing 13 existing 20‑ft ladder extensions, removing two upper ladder sections, and installing 12 new 20‑ft aluminum ladders fabricated from 6061 marine‑grade material. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % small‑business set‑aside with an estimated value between $100 k and $250 k.
