Commercial Landscape Services RFP

The Sunrise Water Authority is seeking proposals from qualified businesses to perform commercial landscaping services at their Armstrong Court and Reservoir 11 facilities. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for annual price increases. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a range of landscaping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, and pruning. The authority is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality services, meet the minimum requirements, and demonstrate experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must maintain any required business licenses and be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a schedule of services, pricing structure, and methodology for completing the work. • The contractor must demonstrate knowledge of irrigation systems and be capable of managing the irrigation system at the facilities. • The contractor must provide references and experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must agree to execute a contract with Sunrise if awarded.
