The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing Gallium-68 Prostate-Specific membrane Antigen (PSMA) agent equivalent to Illuccix for diagnosis of patients with, or suspected of, having prostate cancer receiving services at VA San Diego Healthcare System. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years. The contractor must deliver the product on the next business day, unless specified elsewhere in the contract. The quantities cited are estimated and not a contractual statement of precise quantities that the Government will order. Key points to consider: • The contractor must provide a product that is FDA-approved and suitable for use as a PSMA-targeted prostate PET imaging agent for prostate cancer detection. • The product must be labeled with Gallium-68 (GA-68) and not substituted with any other radionuclide. • The contractor must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), FDA, NRC, Joint Commission safety guidelines, and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. • The contractor must submit invoices monthly, and payment may be delayed if invoices are not completed properly.
