Request for Qualified Construction Manager

The Gordon County Schools is seeking a qualified construction manager for the addition and renovation of Sonoraville High School. The project includes an 1800+/- seat gymnasium and 250 +/- seat theatre, as well as renovation of the existing school. The construction manager will be responsible for managing the construction of the project within the time and cost limitations established by the school. The project is expected to start in January 2026 and be completed by Fall 2027. • The construction manager will be responsible for project planning, bidding and awarding, and construction phase services. • The construction manager will work with the owner and design professionals to plan the project. • The construction manager will provide a guaranteed maximum price for the cost of the construction of the project. • The construction manager will be responsible for managing changes within the stated cost and schedule limitations.
