Description
The California State Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive janitorial cleaning services for its San Luis Obispo Area Office. The contract covers daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, carpet and floor maintenance, waste removal, and periodic deep‑clean tasks such as floor stripping/waxing and window cleaning. All labor, equipment, cleaning agents, and supplies must be supplied by the contractor, and the work will be performed on a five‑day‑per‑week schedule for one year, with an optional one‑year extension.
• Daily general cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and break‑room upkeep (5 days/week).
• Routine carpet vacuuming, floor stripping/waxing, tile and vinyl maintenance, and quarterly exterior window cleaning.
• Required compliance with state labor rates, benefit requirements, insurance, bonding, and mandatory site‑walk‑through attendance.
