Cummins Engines, Parts and Service

The Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the provision and service of Cummins ISB and/or ISL Factory engines, Buy America Remanufactured Engines, and associated parts and components, including installation and repair services. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with 4 additional 1-year options. The contractor will be required to provide on-site support services, technical consultation, and training to AAATA personnel. The contractor must be a Cummins Certified Distributor and have experience with similar projects. • The contractor will be responsible for all labor required to swap over necessary engine components and accessories. • The contractor will provide on-site support services at the AAATA facility three times a week. • The contractor will provide technical consultation and training to AAATA personnel. • The contractor will be required to provide warranty services for all products and services provided. • The contractor will be required to comply with AAATA's Living Wage Policy. • The contractor will be required to provide documentation and records of all work performed.
