HPS Multi-Campus Branding

The Harmony Public Schools (HPS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide branding construction services for exterior painting at designated campuses and facilities. The scope of work includes surface preparation, site verification, color layout, furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete a high-quality exterior repainting project. Work may include pressure washing, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, minor surface repairs, application of district-approved branding colors, striping, trim accents, and protective coatings as required. • The project may include main building facades, entrance features, architectural accents, metal components, and other exterior surfaces as identified by the district. • All materials shall be commercial-grade and suitable for local climate conditions, including resistance to heat, humidity, and wind exposure. • The contractor shall ensure proper surface adhesion, uniform coverage, and clean finish lines consistent with HPS branding standards. • The project is expected to be completed by October 09, 2026.
