Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a contractor to provide Rubrik Subscriptions and Premium Support, including Cloud Archive and Identity Resilience, for a period of three years. The contractor must be a Master Contractor under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes providing Rubrik Enterprise Edition, Premium Support, and Identity Resilience. The contractor must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract will be for a fixed price.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must include all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the products or services provided under this PORFP.
