Description
The Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide labor-only janitorial services for the New Buffalo Welcome Center in the Southwest Region. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the required janitorial services. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing janitorial services for the New Buffalo Welcome Center
• Submitting a complete proposal, including all attachments and modifications, electronically through www.michigan.gov/SIGMAVSS
• Following the Proposal Instructions and responding completely to the items listed in the RFP Structure and Documentation table
• Agreeing to the Contract Terms and conditions outlined in the RFP
• Participating in the evaluation process, which may include an on-site visit, oral presentation, and reference checks
