CMAR - Santa Ana River (E01) Avio Tide Gates Replacement

The County of Orange is seeking a Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) for the replacement of the Avio tide gates at the Santa Ana River. The project involves the design and construction of new tide gates to maintain safe and reliable operation and extend the service life of the existing gates. The selected CMAR will collaborate with the County's in-house project manager and external engineering firm on the design, constructability, cost, project approach, and schedule of the project. The CMAR will provide design and construction services for a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
