Description
The Southwest Ohio Developmental Center (SODC) is seeking a commercial dishwasher high temperature for their cottage kitchen. The preferable model is Hobart LXEH-2, but similar dishwashers with the same specifications will be accepted. The supplier must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and registrations throughout the term of the awarded project. The project will begin within 30 days of awarding and the contract will be awarded to the bidder with the most cost-effective solution.
Key requirements include:
• The dishwasher must meet the minimum requirements as stated in the solicitation
• The supplier must perform all services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence as would normally be provided by an experienced consultant and in accordance with industry standards
• The supplier must provide a complete model and or identification number of equipment, picture of equipment, and warranty information
• The standard affirmation and disclosure form and contractor information form must be completed and attached to the quote for consideration in this solicitation
