The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking a quotation for a Knovel 35/AI Enhanced e-book database subscription. The subscription should include a unique collection of specialized engineering and math and science e-books, as well as modules on Fire Protection engineering and emergency response, Industrial engineering and operations management, Manufacturing engineering, Welding engineering and materials joining, Optics and photonics, and Safety and industrial hygiene. The contractor is expected to submit a 1-2 page document for quote, including base year pricing and each option year. The quotation deadline is May 07, 2026, at 2:30PM.
• The contract is for a total set-aside for small business concerns.
• The contractor must have an active registration with the federal SAM system to receive an award.
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices via the Delphi eInvoicing web portal, which is authenticated via www.login.gov.
• The contractor must meet the minimum requirements to submit invoices through the Delphi eInvoicing web-portal, including having electronic internet access and registering with GSA Login.gov.
