Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a contractor to provide door adjustment and part replacement services for 19 single storefront doors and 7 double doors at their Southern Operations location in Riverside, CA. The contractor will be responsible for semi-annual service, including testing door hinges and alignment, adjusting electronic opener hardware, and replacing failed parts. The contract has an estimated value of $45,000 and is expected to last for 3 years.
• The contractor must be a California Certified Small Business.
• The contractor must have a valid D-28 Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices Contractor License.
