P.E.A.C.E. INVESTIGATIVE INTERVIEWING TRAINING COURSE

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking statements of interest and company capabilities from vendors capable of delivering a comprehensive, outcome-based, and ethical investigative interviewing course. The course must utilize the Plan and Preparation, Engage and Explain, Account - Clarification and Challenge, Closure and Evaluation (P.E.A.C.E.) Model. The training is intended for FAA employees to provide them with the tools necessary for conducting ethical, outcome-based interviewing of individuals employed by FAA regulated entities. The scope of work includes providing instructor-led training, adhering to adult learning principles, and ensuring that the training meets the requirements of the Current Consolidated Appropriations Act. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing P.E.A.C.E Model Training to FAA Airworthiness Inspectors / Engineers • Utilizing the P.E.A.C.E. Model for investigative interviewing • Ensuring the training is outcome-based and ethical • Adhering to adult learning principles • Providing instructor-led training in a brick-and-mortar facility • Meeting specific requirements for classroom facilities and equipment
