The Department’s Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) is the State’s administrative authority responsible for the planning, development, implementation, regulation, and evaluation of substance use and mental health services. • The Department anticipates making multiple awards as a result of this RFA.
• Applicants may apply for a maximum cap of fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000.00).

• The Department reserves the right to make partial awards, eliminate the lowest scoring application(s) and/or make awards for amounts less than requested, whichever is in the best interest of the State.
• The Department intends to apply priority scoring to applications which demonstrate an intent to provide some Psychiatric Medication Management Services via an in-person modality.
