Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for the provision of surgical simulators, specifically the ENDO Suite Simulator and LAP Mentor III, to support the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System. The simulators should have the ability to use existing Simbionix Mentor Modules, have software for curriculum management and results monitoring, and include a service plan with 24/7 technical support and software updates. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a delivery date of 03/20/2026.
• The ENDO Suite Simulator must have modules for GI endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and endourology, as well as a GI Endoscopy Fundamental Skills module.
• The LAP Mentor III must have modules for laparoscopy, including hands-on skills, camera navigation, and suturing.
• The contract includes installation, training, and a trade-in allowance for the current GI-BRONCH Mentor system and LAP Mentor system.
• The contract also includes shipping, handling, and assembly of the simulators.
