Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide rental and delivery of janitorial supplies to various DMV field offices. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform the services. The contractor will deliver janitorial supplies to each office location on a scheduled weekday, and will pick up soiled supplies from designated areas. The contractor will also be responsible for updating their invoices when a change in items and/or quantities has been requested and delivered to a DMV office.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing rental and delivery of janitorial supplies to DMV field offices
• Delivering supplies on a scheduled weekday, except state holidays
• Picking up soiled supplies from designated areas
• Updating invoices when changes are made to items and/or quantities
• Replacing items that are in a worn condition due to regular wear and tear
• Notifying the DMV Project Manager of any items made unserviceable due to damage caused by the DMV
