Description
This solicitation is a Quick‑Quote, sole‑source procurement for “Debtbook‑Finance” services or related financial products. The State of Alabama will award a contract with a total ceiling of $25,000, renewable annually for up to five years, provided the cumulative spend stays within the limit. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys, be eligible under state procurement rules, and provide E‑Verify documentation within five days of award.
