Southwest Power Administration Utility Relocation – Steel Utility Pole and Material Component Procurement (Job 040748 Phase One and Job 040904 Phase Two)

Arkansas Department of Transportation is seeking all‑qualified bidders to supply steel utility poles, associated hardware, and material components for the Southwest Power Administration (SWPA) utility relocation project, covering Phase One (Job 040748) and Phase Two (Job 040904). The work includes fabrication, hot‑dip galvanizing, and delivery of custom‑engineered steel pole structures, as well as the provision of grounding tabs, step‑clips, OPGW coil‑rack brackets, and other standard attachments. Bids must be firm for 30 days, include a 5 % bid bond, and the successful contractor must deliver the full order within one year of award. All items must meet ARDOT specifications and Buy‑America requirements. • Provide steel pole structures (2‑pole and 3‑pole configurations) with custom lengths and classes (C, R, L). • Supply all required hardware (grounding tabs, step clips, OPGW brackets, V‑ang plates, etc.) per the attached drawings and bill of materials. • Submit a sealed bid with a 5 % bid/performance bond; delivery must occur within 365 days after contract award. • Compliance with ARDOT’s Standard Bid Conditions, Buy‑America provisions, and required certifications (eligible bidder, boycott, illegal‑immigrant).
