The Liberty Public School District #53 is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive commercial waste collection and recycling services for more than 30 district facilities across Liberty and Kansas City, Missouri. The contract spans one year beginning July 1 2026 with the option to renew up to four additional years, and requires front‑load and open‑top containers, multiple weekly pickups, 24‑hour on‑call service, and compliance with local noise ordinances. Bidders must submit a sealed paper bid by March 5 2026 and meet extensive insurance, licensing, and E‑Verify requirements.
• Provide waste containers (3‑, 4‑, 8‑cu yd front‑load; 20‑, 40‑cu yd open‑top) and recycling containers (8‑cu yd mixed‑stream) with scheduled pickups (1‑6 times/week).
• Deliver 24‑hour on‑call haul‑and‑dump service and guarantee new container delivery within 24 hours.
