Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services, including lawn mowing, landscape maintenance, and outdoor cleanup, for the Grand Rapids MSP facility. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Contract Terms. The State reserves the right to modify the RFP and to reject any or all proposals.
• The scope of work includes lawn mowing, landscape maintenance, and outdoor cleanup.
• The contractor must have experience working with the State of Michigan or similar entities.
• The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including a Statement of Work, Pricing, and Contract Terms.
• The State will evaluate proposals based on technical evaluation criteria, including Schedule A, Statement of Work, and Vendor Questions Worksheet.
• The State reserves the right to conduct an on-site visit to tour and inspect the bidder's facilities.
• The State reserves the right to issue a Notice of Deficiency or a Clarification Request to bidders.
