Sole Source, Envirosystems Manufacturing LLC

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group is giving notice of intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement to Envirosystems Manufacturing LLC on a sole source basis. The purchase order is anticipated to include a five (5) year period of performance. The requirements include as needed preventative maintenance and repair services for equipment supported by the contractor. • The equipment is supported by Envirosystems Manufacturing LLC, which is the OEM for the equipment. • Envirosystems Manufacturing LLC is based in Arizona and is the only known source for the required preventative maintenance and repair services. • The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be reviewed to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
