Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance support for Wagner paint proportioner equipment located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The work includes monthly preventive‑maintenance tasks (filter replacement only), quarterly/annual servicing, and unscheduled/emergency maintenance. The contractor must submit separate hourly rates for unscheduled maintenance performed by its personnel and for OEM (Wagner) support, with the government anticipating six OEM visits per year (8 hours each). All work must be documented and reported per the contract data requirements.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance (fluid and line filter replacement only) on 1 × 3K Smart and 3 × FlexControl Plus proportioners.
• Provide unscheduled/emergency maintenance, pricing two distinct hourly rates (contractor labor and OEM support).
• Deliver required CDRL reports (maintenance, diagnostic, accident, safety, and quality‑assurance plans) within two days of service completion and within 15 days post‑award for safety plans.
