The Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 1,500 Kraft “Manila” envelopes (9½ × 12½ in) with a specific black‑ink, eight‑line address layout, and gummed flaps. The work includes typesetting, printing, envelope construction, packaging, delivery to the BLM field office in Miles City, MT, and provision of a press‑quality PDF soft proof and final digital artwork.
