The selected consultant will assist the City in evaluating options for relocating City functions to the Annex or Community Center, and will provide conceptual designs, cost estimates, and an implementation roadmap. The project includes public and Council engagement, and the development of a high-level phased implementation approach.
• The facility conditions assessment will include site visits, review of existing City facilities, and evaluation of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• The facility needs analysis will include meetings with City staff and leadership, identification of current and future space needs, and development of conceptual facility options.
• The project requires a high-level phased implementation approach, including short-term operational needs, sequencing of renovations or expansions, and minimization of disruption to staff and the public.
• The selected consultant will be expected to facilitate a town hall-style public meeting and participate in City Council meetings.
• The City reserves the right to negotiate the final scope of services, schedule, and compensation with the selected firm.
