The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed plumbing maintenance, repairs, parts, and equipment for the Richmond State Supported Living Center. The scope of work includes plumbing maintenance and repair services, such as pressure tapping services, pipe freezes, and toilet repairs. The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required services. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to large facilities. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive pricing structure, including all costs and fees associated with the services. • The contractor must have a valid Texas Identification Number and be registered with the Texas Secretary of State.
