Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at TX160 in Robstown, TX. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with four option years and a six-month option to extend services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for custodial services. The scope of work includes routine cleaning, annual high dusting, annual strip and wax, and annual internal and external window cleaning. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations applicable to their performance under this contract.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor must provide a price schedule and performance work statement.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Reporting requirement.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
