The DeSoto Parish Police Jury is soliciting qualified energy‑services providers to conduct an energy‑lighting audit, design, and install a full LED retrofit for the DeSoto Sports Complex, covering seven ball fields, a concession building, and restroom facilities. The contractor must handle hazardous‑lamp disposal, secure state grant funding, and provide a minimum five‑year warranty on all major components. The work is to be delivered as a fixed‑price, tax‑exempt turnkey solution and must comply with IES lighting standards, NEC electrical codes, and all local regulations.
• Scope includes audit, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty support for LED fixtures and controls.
