The Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce 3,000 golden‑kraft #11 envelopes (4½ × 10 ⅜ in) with black‑only printing, based on a supplied PDF manuscript, and to provide one press‑quality digital PDF deliverable. The contractor must handle envelope construction, proofing, packaging, shipping, and include 50 “blue‑label” copies for departmental audit. All work must comply with GPO quality‑level III standards and be completed between material pickup in early August and final delivery by early October 2026.
