URGENT - HVAC Replacement for Failed Unit

This contract is for the urgent replacement of a failed HVAC unit at the Young-Rainey STAR Center. The scope of work includes the complete installation of a new HVAC system, including labor and materials, as well as the removal and replacement of the existing system. The contract was awarded to R&R Air Solutions for a total amount of $11,127.00. The key aspects of the contract include: • The replacement of the existing Trane system with a customer-provided equipment • The provision of all required copper and duct materials • The reconnecting of existing main power and flushing of line set • The provision of safety pan float switch and all required electrical • A 1-year installation warranty and a 1-year manufacturer's parts warranty • A 5-year compressor warranty
