Battelle Boulevard Extension Design

The City of Richland, Washington issued a solicitation for design and permitting services for the extension of Battelle Boulevard. The project involves extending the boulevard approximately 1200 linear feet and Village Parkway south approximately 1800 LF into the Horn Rapids Industrial Park Area. The contract was awarded to J-U-B Engineers, Inc. at the December 17, 2024 City Council meeting.
