TRANSPORTATION AND BENEFICIAL REUSE AND/OR DISPOSAL OF CLASS B, DEWATERED SEWAGE SLUDGE (BIOSOLIDS)

The City of Livermore is seeking bids for the transportation and beneficial reuse and/or disposal of Class B, dewatered sewage sludge (biosolids) from the City's water reclamation plant. The contract start date is targeted for July 1, 2021. The city is looking for a vendor to provide this service, and the contract will be awarded based on best value, not lowest bidder.
