Learning & Development and Organizational Development Services

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for Learning & Development and Organizational Development Services. The contract includes services such as coaching, organizational design, program design, and assessments. The contractor will provide these services on an as-needed basis, and the County will pay for the services based on the hourly rates specified in the contract. The contract has a term of 5 years, and the County has the option to terminate the contract without penalty. • The contract includes a scope of work that outlines the services to be provided by the contractor. • The contractor will provide coaching services, including executive coaching, leader coaching, onboarding and role transition coaching, and team coaching. • The contractor will also provide organizational development consulting services, including organizational change management, leadership effectiveness, team development, and strategic planning. • The County will pay for the services based on the hourly rates specified in the contract. • The contract includes a payment term of net 30 days after receipt of an invoice.
